Return Process
You may return items for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Returns outside this window cannot be accepted. To start a return, please contact Info@elayastudio.com.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please pack all items securely to prevent damage during transit. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This process can take up to 7 days. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please email Info@elayastudio.com within 30 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the exchange process. Only unused items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for exchange.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Info@elayastudio.com as soon as possible. Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send photos and details to Info@elayastudio.com. Our team will review the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear and intimates
- Swimwear
- Earrings and pierced jewelry
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
