On Its Way!
Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know it's being processed. Processing typically takes 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday). After processing, your order will be shipped, and you'll receive another email containing tracking details.
Standard shipping usually takes 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday). All orders are delivered via USPS. We offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, Elaya Studio ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Running a Bit Late?
If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed and your order hasn't arrived, don't worry — please allow up to 3 additional business days. Be sure to check your tracking code for the latest updates. If your package still hasn't shown up after this time, contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to assist.
